Sekolah Setroberi, or The Setroberi School, was set up for a friend who wanted to learn a-Malay-word-a-day.
Okay, today (hari ini) we will learn the word belajar which means to learn or study. Tomorrow (esok) we shall learn the word sekolah which means school. The day after tomorrow (lusa) we skip a word because I have kuliah (lecture) and… well.
By the time you’re proficient enough to have a decent conversation, we will all be eighty-eight and wearing dentures and won’t be able to roll our R’s properly. That is if we don’t die first.
So yeah. Come on in, take off your shoes, and choose a corner.
